Tessan’s practice is primarily in the areas of coverage and complex litigation. Her litigation experience includes coverage and bad faith class actions, to defending landowners in a wide variety of premises liability cases, ranging from simple slip and fall matters to serious industrial injury cases.

Prior to joining Chock Barhoum, Tessan was an attorney in medium to large litigation firms in Portland and South Florida. Tessan graduated from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2010 and is licensed in Florida, Oregon, and Washington and the respective federal courts. Outside the office, Tessan enjoys being outdoors with her husband and two kids.
