Ashley L. Shearer
Ashley is an associate attorney focusing on construction defect litigation. She also utilizes her previous experience working on plaintiff personal injury matters to bring a fair and thorough evaluation to the personal injury matters she now defends, whether those injuries result from a complex construction issue or a simple motor vehicle accident. She is diligent in her defense of clients and dedicated to finding efficient resolutions.
An Athens, Georgia native, Ashley earned her B.A. in history from the University of Georgia before moving to Oregon to attend law school. Ashley earned her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law where she served as an Executive Editor on the Willamette Journal of International Law and Dispute Resolution. She was also a published contributor to Recent Developments in Dispute Resolution, an online publication produced by the law school’s Center for Dispute Resolution.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys cheering on the Portland Trail Blazers, hiking and exploring Portland’s diverse food scene.
