Erica M. Deatherage
Erica is an associate attorney specializing in personal injury, premises liability, employment, and dram shop liability claims. Erica’s previous experience includes professional liability defense, product liability, medical malpractice defense, family law, and construction defect defense.
While in law school, Erica interned as a Student Prosecutor at the City of Phoenix Prosecutor’s Office and successfully tried numerous bench and jury trials. Erica also graduated from law school as a Marshall-Brennan scholar for her work in teaching constitutional law to high school students. Prior to attending law school, Erica worked in the financial industry for a Fortune 500 company. Erica’s diverse background has helped her develop the ability to quickly identify the key issues in a case and develop a legal strategy that generates the most optimal outcomes for her clients.
In her free time, Erica enjoys volunteering at the Cat Adoption Team cat shelter, lifting weights, running, traveling and exploring Portland with her husband.
