Lindsey is an associate attorney who is proficient in advocating for insurance companies. She has concentrated her practice on providing coverage opinions for insurance carriers, as well as providing insurance defense for a variety of civil matters including personal injury and premises liability defense. Lindsey was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and enjoys spending time with her husband and two German Shepherds in her free time.
Lindsey began her legal career studying Criminology and Criminal Justice at Portland State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She went on to complete her Juris Doctor degree at Willamette University of Law.
Prior to joining Chock Barhoum, Lindsey was applying her superb analytical skills in the area of insurance defense, to include evaluating insurance coverage issues. Her background also includes experience in Bankruptcy, Small Claims and Landlord-Tenant matters. Additionally, she gained valuable court experience while working at the Multnomah County District Attorney’s office in the misdemeanor unit and prosecuting civil commitment matters, where she was able to utilize her oral argument talents.
Since joining Chock Barhoum, she has continued vigorously defending her clients in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, contract disputes and coverage issues. Clients highly value her attentiveness to individual issues, as well as her unique approach to each case.
