Amber D. McCroan
Amber’s litigation practice primarily focuses on the defense of insurers and their insureds in personal injury and property damage claims. Amber represents a variety of businesses and individuals in a wide range of cases, including personal injury, premise liability, general negligence, legal malpractice, unfair business practices, construction defect, and business litigation.
Amber began her legal career as a civil litigation paralegal, assisting in bankruptcy creditor claims, foreclosure actions, debt collection proceedings, insurance subrogation claims, and insurance defense. In law school, Amber tutored first year law students in Torts and Civil Procedure, honing her expertise in Oregon procedural law and tort causes of action. After graduating law school, Amber worked pro bono with the Small Business Legal Clinic, assisting businesses with non-litigation matters, including entity formation, contract drafting and interpretation, general business governance, and regulatory compliance.
Amber’s passion is marrying her extensive insurance defense background with her business law experience to skillfully defend her clients without compromising her client’s day-to-day operations.
