Brad is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice on construction defense, insurance defense, and commercial litigation. He represents clients in matters involving construction defect, contractual disputes, personal injury, premises liability, and professional negligence. He handles both first-party and third-party matters for his insurer clients. Prior to joining Chock Barhoum, Brad worked for a northwest regional law firm on construction defect and personal injury matters from case inception through trial. Before entering private practice, he held a judicial clerkship with the Clackamas County Circuit Court. He has represented clients in mediations, arbitrations and both bench and jury trials throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Before attending college, Brad was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. Family and his love of the outdoors brought him to law school in Oregon, and he has called Portland home ever since.
