Erica M. Deatherage
Erica is an associate attorney specializing in personal injury, premises liability, employment, and dram shop liability claims in Oregon and Washington. Prior to joining Chock Barhoum, Erica worked for two well-regarded insurance defense firms in the Pacific Northwest, representing clients in professional liability, product liability, medical malpractice, construction defect, and sexual harassment claims. Prior to moving to Portland, Erica practiced law in Arizona representing clients in family law, civil litigation, and employment law claims.
While in law school, Erica interned as a Student Prosecutor at the City of Phoenix Prosecutor’s Office and successfully tried numerous bench and jury trials to verdict.
