John P. Venzke

John has been in practice for 48 years and is an experienced litigator. John has specialized in civil trial law, both in personal injury and general litigation, and appellate law. John has tried in excess of 100 jury trials and argued more than 25 cases in state and federal appellate courts. He has represented both defendants and plaintiffs in litigation, which provides him with a unique view of the litigation process. John's goal in each case is to serve his clients’ specific needs, which differ with each client. 

He is a native Texan who moved to the State of Washington in July of 2022.  His wife, Tamera, is a native of Seattle, and she is also a trial lawyer, specializing in representing plaintiffs in medical negligence cases. When not practicing law, John focuses on his family which consists of four children, three sons and a daughter. Two live in Houston, Texas, one in Salt Lake City, Utah., The other, and only lawyer, practices in New York City. John is also blessed with three granddaughters.
