Tracy’s practice focuses on both trial and appellate advocacy. She has experience litigating a broad range of casualty and commercial matters including personal injury, consumer protection, breach of contract, employment disputes, liquor liability, and product liability. Prior to joining Chock Barhoum, she worked for a mid-sized northwest regional law firm, representing clients throughout the state and federal courts of Oregon and Washington. Tracy also served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Suzanne Chanti of the Lane County Circuit Court.
Tracy has briefed and argued appellate matters before the Oregon Court of Appeals, the Oregon Supreme Court, the Washington Court of Appeals, the Washington Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit. Tracy also served as a Managing Editor for the Oregon Law Review while in law school and her Comment, Of Property and Procreation, was published in the journal. Tracy was elected as a “Rising Star” by Oregon Super Lawyers for 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020.
In her free time Tracy can be found chasing her small children and working with her horse at the barn.
