Amber is a civil litigation attorney with a background in complex litigation, insurance coverage analysis, premises liability, products liability, employment matters, and international law. During law school, Amber worked for a national, plaintiff-side complex litigation firm specializing in subrogation. After graduating from Lewis & Clark Law School, Amber transitioned to defense-side business litigation. She is licensed to practice in Oregon and Washington.
Amber was raised in a small town in North Carolina before attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for her undergraduate degree. She then joined AmeriCorps and served with the American Red Cross in Casper, Wyoming to aid rural families affected by natural disasters and home fires. After years of hearing tales of One-Eyed Willy, Bigfoot, the Women and Women First bookstore, and an unconventional city culture, Amber was lured to Portland, Oregon in 2018, and it has since become her chosen home.
