David A. Schor

 David is an attorney with broad experience in insurance defense matters, including wrongful death, automobile liability, general liability, business disputes, HOA disputes, and personal injury. Before joining Chock Barhoum, David developed his insurance defense practice representing clients on a wide range of legal matters as an associate for a smaller Portland firm. His prior experience as an Assistant Attorney General and as a plaintiff’s attorney informs his practice of insurance defense. David draws on this diversity of experience to analyze issues and develop strategies tailored to each case, allowing him to efficiently and effectively resolve cases with a client-first approach. 

David strives to make the litigation process approachable for his clients as they deal with the complexities of litigation, regardless of their level of experience with the legal system. He has represented scores of clients and has a track record of favorably resolving cases. 

David enjoys frequent outdoor adventures with his wife and young children and is also a long-time member of the communications team at Mt. Hood Meadows Ski Resort.
