Jordyn M. Benya

Jordyn’s diverse background in defense work allows her to competently and confidently defend her client’s interests and develop comprehensive case strategies.  Her practice focuses on appellate court advocacy, where she frequently represents the firm’s clients in the Oregon Court of Appeals and Ninth Circuit. She also handles insurance coverage disputes, and routinely collaborates with her colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes for their clients through complex motions practice.  

In her free time, Jordyn enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband and her dog, Scout.  She is a diehard Boston Red Sox fan, and is the happiest when she gets to spend the day at Fenway.
