With over 44 years of legal experience and more than 150 cases tried to verdict, Mark brings a wealth of seasoned trial expertise to his clients. This extensive courtroom background has consistently led to successful outcomes, ensuring clients receive the most effective representation possible.
Mark is also a trained mediator, having completed his mediation training at Pepperdine University. This specialized skill allows him to adeptly guide parties toward resolutions outside of court, saving clients time and resources while still achieving favorable results.
Throughout his distinguished career, Mark has handled a diverse range of complex cases. His experience includes Workers' Compensation defense for employers, automobile accident and construction defect litigation, and significant premises liability matters. He has successfully represented a broad spectrum of clients, from international corporations and small businesses to individuals, dedicating equal attention and commitment to each case. In the last two decades, Mark has also conducted a substantial number of fraud investigations for insurance companies.
Mark began his legal journey as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Washington. He then transitioned to private practice, gaining valuable experience at both large and small firms, and also successfully managed his own practice for several years. He is licensed to practice in both Federal and State Courts in Washington.
When he's not in the courtroom or mediating a case, Mark embraces an active outdoor lifestyle. He loves spending time with his wife and two dogs, often exploring the great outdoors. An avid adventurer, Mark enjoys traveling, sailing, scuba diving, and downhill skiing. While he's completed two marathons in the past, he now focuses his fitness workouts at the gym or on the golf course.
